STEPS TO JOINING YOUR DREAM VACATION!

...AND WE'LL BE WITH YOU TO ASSIST WITH EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE JOURNEY!

STEP #1

Click the following link to complete the attached registration form

STEP #2

For each person making payments in your stateroom, take a picture of the front and back of your drivers' license. Text it to me at 703-203-1307.  This step is a mandatory requirement of my host agency (Evolution Travel)

STEP #3

Fill out credit/debit card authorization for your non-refundable deposit (and flexible payments of remaining payments). 

STEP #4

Phone call with me - official sign up for cruise, stateroom selection, and invoice receipt provided from Royal Caribbean. All roommates must be registered and deposit paid to finalized reservation.

STEP #5

Sign up for the Royal Caribbean mobile app

  • sign up for the Crown & Anchor Society membership

  • Look at and sign up for excursions, beverage packages, merchandise, etc. 

STEP #6

On app, when available:

  • sign up for shows, special, optional dining, and other ship entertainment

  • (2) if 'MY TIME" dining selected, make reservations

  • (3) check-in to cruise (ensure name and info matches your documents - drivers license, passport, etc.)

  • (4) fill-out health questionnaire day before cruise

STEP #7

  • Make flight reservation

  • Make transfer reservations 

    • from MIA (airport) to pre-cruise hotel

    • from hotel to Port of Miami - morning of cruise

    • from Port of Miami to MIA (airport)

  • Optional: Make pre-cruise hotel registration (for Sunday, July 27, 2025)

  • Optional: Make post-cruise plans 

Passports & Real ID

Passports are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED but not required. Also on May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers must have the REAL ID to board domestic flights and access certain federal facilities. 

Insurance

HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Losing the money you have paid for a vacation due to an sickness or unusual situation is horrible.
